Oakdale Residential Village has 1 bedroom fully self-contained cabins available for rent to approved applicants for $285/week plus power.
Each cabin has its own carport and is fully self-contained. Cabins are only suitable for 1 person and applicants will need to have a satisfactory rental record. A bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable on a 3 month lease and then subject to review. Would suit mature aged person.
